Book: An Ongoing Stream
An Ongoing Stream...
Had Jason Schrock known the answer God would give his prayer that busy morning, he would have recoiled from praying it. "Oh Father, I feel so spiritually drained and distant from Your presence. Bring into my life that which will draw me close and into a right relationship with You," he prayed. His life would soon become an unrelenting torrent of heartache: the loss of two wives and a daughter to cancer, the tragic accident that claimed the lives of five grandchildren, the sudden passing of both his parents, a sister, and a brother. Yet, despite the relentless sorrow and grief, he found God to be his ever-abiding comfort and presence as he navigated the turbulent stream of life.
