Do you carry safety toe work boots in stock?
Yes, we stock a wide variety of steel, composite, and alloy toe boots from top brands, ready to try on and take home today. Our expert fitters can help you find the right safety standard for your job requirements.
Can you accommodate custom orthotics or inserts?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring your current orthotics when you visit so we can ensure the perfect fit with your new footwear. Many of our shoes feature removable footbeds designed to work with custom inserts.
Do you carry sizes for the whole family?
While our primary focus is on adult work, outdoor, and comfort footwear, we do carry select styles and essential brands for younger family members. Feel free to call ahead to check specific sizing availability.
If a size isn't in stock, can you order it?
Yes! If we don't have your exact size, width, or preferred style in-store, we can special order it directly from our brand partners to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Can I shop online and pick up in-store?
Yes, you can browse our current inventory online and select in-store pickup at checkout to reserve your pair before you arrive. It's a great way to guarantee your size is waiting for you.
What is your return policy for unworn shoes?
We offer a full refund on eligible returns and exchanges made within 30 days. Shoes must be unworn and in good condition.
Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $5.
Special-order shoes are subject to a 10% fee for exchanges and a 20% fee for returns.
If you are mailing a return, please send the shoes back to our store with a copy of your receipt inside the box. Once the return is processed, the applicable refund will be issued to your credit card. If you need a different size, please place a new order.
How long does a professional fitting take?
A typical fitting takes about 10 minutes. We measure both feet on our Aetrex scanner, analyze your arch, and discuss your specific work or lifestyle needs to find the ideal match.
