Return & Exchange Policy

At Blue Mountain Shoes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days

Eligible returns and exchanges made within 30 days qualify for a full refund.

Shoes must be:

• Unworn

• In good condition

Returns After 30 Days

Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $5.

Special-Order Shoes

Special-order shoes are subject to different return and exchange fees:

• 10% fee for exchanges

• 20% fee for returns

These fees apply to special-order shoes even when the return or exchange is made within 30 days.

Returning an Online Order

To return an order by mail, ship the shoes back to Blue Mountain Shoes and include a copy of your receipt inside the box.

Once the return is processed, the applicable refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

Need a Different Size?

If you need a different size, please place a new order for the size you need and return the original pair according to the policy above.
